This product is sturdy and easy to use. It holds the ironing board and iron without any problems. Excellent
not very sturdy. we have a toddler around and he can pull it down…which is scary. Not recommended if you have small children.
This hanging system for your ironing board and iron is just perfect to get it out of sight and yet totally accessible.
Thanks
I have returned from work, got to have a shower then do the ironing. D: NOT MORE IRONING!
love that script.. GREAT. now i have to go change.. RT @KivaJohnsAdkins IKR? door, wall, floor, bed, wall, bed……

Mike is correct, except that since you said it is an entry door, you are more likely intending it to be a sliding glass door. A bit easier to install than the pocket-door he refers to. You still need to temporarily brace the ceiling prior to cutting the new opening, which can be done on a load-bearing wall despite whatever hot-air the Hurricane is blowing.
Lay a 2"x10"x10' flat on the ceiling at your cut-out location and brace it with four 3" jack-posts or 4"x4"s. Cut and open up your rough opening, install the header local code calls for (probably a double 2"x10") spanning the new opening and support it on both ends with the required number of additional 2"x4" studs. Remove your ceiling support, install the slider and button everything back up. Piece of cake.
i dont like him much but i do love acouple of his songs this is 1 of them… love it
not a studio. Jill found it – a theatre in jamaica plain that had a ceiling mount.
Try it and see.
The most basic logic would tell me it's a superstition.
Sabrina dear, that may have been true 100 years ago when a woman plunked her hunk of iron into a roaring fire, but today one can iron for 12 hours straight and their hands will (and body) will be no warmer than if they were just reading a book.
Have you not ironed in the last century? They plug in now.
I wouldn't use spray adhesive… I've had a lot of experience with it, and it just doesn't cut it in the long haul – especially on a non-porous surface. They recommend you spray both surfaces for a permanent bond, and it's murder trying to position a piece that big without re-positioning it (which you can't if you've sprayed both surfaces!). Even the industrial stuff lets go at the corners. I wouldn't waste my time with it on a piece that big.
I still think your best bet is an adhesive film. Did you call Seal Brands? I still think they'll have the right product.

When your federal educational loans are in default, you have several options:
You can repay the loan in full.
You can negotiate a new payment plan with your lender.
You can "rehabilitate" your loan.
You can consolidate your loan.
Obviously option one is rarely attractive or possible for defaulted borrowers.
Option two (renegotiate) should be investigated fully – most borrowers skip this step, but it's probably the best option for most people. Call your lender and ask to speak to someone in the "Workout" Department. Explain your situation to them (there's nothing unusual about it) and ask what options are available to you for switching to a graduated, extended or income-sensitive repayment plan. If your lender will agree to change your repayment plan, a few regular payments will get your default status removed, and the new plan may be easier for you to keep up with.
Option three (rehabilitation) is really a specific form of a workout agreement. It probably won't help you much in your situation, because it requires an agreement between you and the lender that will allow you to make 9 consecutive on-time payments of some agreed-upon amount.
Option four is everyone's favorite, but you must absolutely understand what a consolidation loan will do. To keep this utterly simple – a consolidation loan is a brand new loan that will pay off your old, defaulted loan. A consolidation loan MAY lower your monthly payments, but understand how this works. A consolidation loan never lowers your payments by wiping away some of your debt – a consolidation loan lowers your payments by stretching out the length of your loan. If you pay less every month, you'll make many additional monthly payments, and – in the end – you'll pay far more back than you would have paid on the original loan.
As an example: Suppose I lent you $100 and you agreed to pay me back in 2 weeks by paying me $50 a week. You came back a few days later and explained that you weren't going to be able to afford to pay me $50 – is there something else we could do? "Oh, absolutely," I'd say, gallantly. "Instead of paying me $50 a week for 2 weeks, how about if you only pay me $10 a week for 17 weeks?"
See – in the end, you'll pay me back $170 instead of $100 – that's how a consolidation loan works. But remember – we're not talking a $100 loan for a couple of weeks – by the time you pay that $5000 loan of yours back over many years, you'll pay a few thousand more than you might have paid if you didn't consolidate that loan.
I've attached some information about consolidating from the Department of Education – take a few minutes to read it over. If you do choose to go this route, be sure to consolidate with a reputable lender (or directly with the government) and not with some fly-by-night operation that you learn about from some pay-per-click site shilled on Yahoo! Answers.
Good luck to you!
you cannot make your brain stop thinking or over-thinking – some people are just wired that way.. how do i know? i am the same way
. the best thing that you can do is adjust, so that your brain is not going into overdrive but other than that, you are the way you are..

I think the Wikipedia explanation is simple enough: land enclosed by dikes.
"Land reclaimed from a body of water, such as a lake or the sea bed;
Flood plains separated from the sea or river by a dike;
Marshes separated from the surrounding water by a dike and consequently drained."
Not to drain the area of seawater. However, in local polders, windmills are frequently still used as draining methods. they are environmentally friendly, they are cheap, and because they are used for small areas, they can handle the water.
I admit up front that I’m going all paternalistic on the Dawkins Forum people, and Imma gonna let you finish your imminent self destruction and all, but first I wanted to use this moment in time as an object lesson in communication. A letter was recently posted somewhere by the RDF forum staff to Richard, and most of this letter was reposted in a comment on this thread by Peter. When I read it, I laughed and cried and hacked up my coffee all over the keyboard, which is a problem because we are almost totally out of espresso here and that coffee was needed. So, I sent my family on a mission to get some more coffee, and decided to do a first-cut rewrite on the letter. I assume that the purpose of the letter should be to convince Richard Dawkins to bring the staff to the table in the conversation about how to make the transition, to listen to their ideas (which I understand have already, in part, been posted) and to welcome them into the process as continuing volunteers. The letter does…

Gabe Bondoc’s cover for this song is awesome!
You get a broader range of questions on the Psychology board. For example, questions about operant and classical conditioning, experimental design, training in psychology, etc. I think on the mental health board you get more questions about specific mental health problems and difficulties and less on theory. And you get a lot of folks asking psychology homework questions here, lol.
You can try Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, but it kind of depends on the wall surface, like is it flat paint or enamel paint. You may just want to give up on removing the stain and try painting over it. Some stores can match the paint color if you take them a 1×1 inch example of the paint.
Hmm. I couldn't seem to get them to fit over my moderately sized glasses. My IMAX experience left me with a pretty bad headache
Hooray for speed ironing!
Zo dan Bij mij een dikke 80 km in 3:15. Koude tegenwind in de polder was erg pittig. #ad6
frankly i'd never heard of a "polder" so i googled it and went to the wikipedia article on it (in sources).
polders are types of dykes so… yeah… think of areas where they could be used here… perhaps New Orleans?
read the wikipedia article and look at the model that they have there and you'll be in better shape to answer your own questions.
why isn’t this on itunes??
1.Liberia
2.Quebec
3.Netherlands

I'd recommend the SLR if you want to ride park and still rip the whole mountain apart. If you plan on only riding park then look at the EVO-R.

1) A polder is a low-lying piece of land that has been enclosed by dikes. The dikes are usually constructed of materials common to the area. A common example of a polder would be reclaimed marshland. Polders are common in the Netherlands (Holland), where much of the land is below sea level.
2) If the polders fail, the land will usually be flooded by water. A classic example of this is New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
3) The only example of polders in the United States that I know of is in New Orleans, which is below sea level.
