It’s hard to believe they noticed this one in England, but apparently wind turbine farms have the ability to create their own fog. The phenomenon has been observed by Mike Page, a retiree flying on board his Cessna 150: The creation of the mist depends on the wind speed and the temperature of the sea and the air at the time. The spinning blades whip moisture up into the air like giant egg mixers and sometimes these low cloud formations are made. A close up blade of one of the turbines shows a swirl of mist created around the blades as cooler air is mixed with warmer air. It definitely occurs several times a year, sometimes gathering upwind of the turbines and sometimes downwind depending on the conditions. The strange thing is that you will see this mist around the turbines while it is a bright clear day on the beach just a couple of miles away. It is a fascinating example of how wind farms create their own micro-climate. It is the same as any geographical feature affecting the…

It is always a good idea to put up a moisture barrier, but since the other side of the wall is your neighbors wall, it shouldn't be necessary. If it were an outside wall though, then I would suggest putting a moisture barrier up to prevent the moisture from ruining the drywall.
I've used Kodak and 3M Photo Adhesive sprays since 1976 to mount prints to matte-board and to foam-core board, and have NEVER had a problem with appearance or adherence.
We put the prints FACE down, spray them and the matte… let them get "tacky", and then press them together carefully so as not to trap air-bubbles. We then use a soft-cloth to rub out any air-bubbles, and put the prints between several books to give them time to set.
If we used double Matte boards, we used a photo tape to put the backing onto the front, and it usually lasts 10 years at least.
We've done over 500 prints like that, and have NEVER had a problem.

I have done this before in my house so you are in luck!
What you should do is made a breakfast bar area in between the rooms by cutting a large hole in the wall put a counter in so there is a table and then add decor. One the empty space left of the wall you didn't cut hang shelves make some small and others larger and place wine glasses and cook books [etc.] on the side that is in the kitchen. On the side that is the living area space add shelves but on this side put small plants, books, candles, and other items that will fit with the decor of your home.
