The thing you have to do is support the motor with a jack from underneath or from above and then its just unbolt the old mount from the motor and the bracket that is bolted or welded to the frame of the car. I would get a new mount from an auto parts store as opposed to a junkyard. Your car is FWD so you also have transmission mounts as well as two or three mounts so you have to be careful to know which mount you want to change or you may end up with the wrong one

Assuming this is a kitchen, put in shelves and it's a great place for storing cookie sheets, cooling racks, pan lids, etc. I think I've also seen a special skinny slide-out spice-rack that could go in there (or make your own unit). Depending on what's above, you could also store a broom or mop.
Btw, check your contract with this guy again – this sounds like breach of contract and you may have grounds to sue. Good luck – this must be VERY frustrating!

Technically zero bytes, but there are things called 'greenbytes' or metadata that reside with each file, stating the timestamp/modification date and original file names etc..
Those range from 1-64KB+ depending on what is used. Indexing on said file may also add a few kilobytes, but virtually nothing.
