I have anger issue with video games?

i have anger issues with video games its something i have had my entire life i play xbox live and im in the top 1,500 in a certain game i play and whenver i loss i get uncontrollable rage and anger, i have broken plates, dressers, 2 controlles, i bunch of holes in my wall, broke my hand once, i have broken storage bins with my hands to the point that on shattered and cut my forehead, and recently i punched my ironing board then started hitting myself in the head over and over with it. It is a real problem i have i can litterally win 15 times but if i lose once after that i go crazy and break something or my hand. does anyone have advice or a website i can go to
